Protek’s P5 EASY Series from PREO are innovative applicators for hot-melt adhesives offering exceptional reliability and total flexibility that can be fully integrated with any packaging line. Easy to operate and with high safety standards, the EASY Series P5 gluing equipment has a 5kg tank with a large loading inlet which can be opened on three sides, making filling easier.
Suitable for a variety of sectors, this gluing system incorporates a dual effect, high precision piston pump for melting and application of adhesives and thermoplastic materials with a viscosity of up to 30,000 Cps. It is fully treated with a hard oxide coating and is easy to remove for maintenance or replacement.
The new microprocessor controls all the operations necessary to ensure maximum functuality, including thermo-regulation in all different system areas and programming of eight glue tracks for each of the independent channels. Additional features of the EASY Series are: Economy Function, Clock, Weekly Programming, maximum temperature alarm, sequential heating of all channels and delay temperature set point lock.
